Kevin Huston is the founder of Huston Law Firm, PLLC. He is an experienced attorney who handles all aspects of estate law, including estate planning, estate administration, trust law, Medicaid planning, veterans' benefits, and business law. Kevin Huston has planned many multi-million-dollar estates, and has advised thousands of clients in planning their estates.

Kevin Huston is a member of the estate planning and elder law sections of the North Carolina Bar Association. He is also a member of the Christian Legal Society. Kevin Huston currently serves as the President of the Raleigh-Durham Regent University Alumni Chapter. Kevin has been interviewed on radio stations about estate planning and has spoken at dozens of seminars on estate law.

We view it as a calling to help our community and the families that we work with. Kevin Huston frequently makes house calls for those clients who are not able to comfortably get to his office. In addition, he handles a number of pro bono cases each year for those clients who are indigent.
